See the autocratic and wicked act River state FRSC commander did to a female officer....so bad!

A sector commander of FRSC attacted to River State FRSC office simply identified as Andrew Kumapayi has been  pictured cutting a female officer's hair.

The picture which has been going viral on social media has drawn the attention of five☆star blog as we can't just keep quiet to human humiliation especially when a woman is involved.

The reasons for his autocratic or rather wicked act is yet unknown as at the time of this report.

Truly, there's a thin line between discipline and wickedness.
