Watch the video very well focusing on the boy giving him the holy water. You will see when he dropped a material that contains the lizard the Father later picked up and claimed it came out from the man undergoing deliverance.
Come to think of it, why was he busy telling people to look up?
And did you notice the way he commanded the mother of the victim to close her eyes and pray when it seems as if the woman was busy starring at the deliverance section?
