He deflowered me but I don't want him again...Emeka Ike's wife dissolves their marriage of 10 years.
Island customary high court in Lagos has dissolved the marriage between Nollywood actor Emeka Ike and his estranged wife Suzanne Emma on the bases of violence, torture and wife abuse.
The court while delivering judgement in the suit case marked LLC/ 15/ 2015 filed by Suzanne against Emeka Ike, said
" from all evidence before the court, the marriage between the couple has broken down beyond reconciliation and hence is hereby disolved".
The court granted Emeka Ike the custodian of the four kids the marriage produced while Suzanne was given unhindered access to the kids. The court said who so ever that is not satisfied with the court's judgement should appeal within 30 days.
Emeka Ike however pleaded with the court not to dissolve his marriage saying he have never beaten his wife, that their marriage crises started when the wife paid for the kid's school fees.
