Notorious kidnapper ; Vampire finally killed.
An owerri police special force led by the IGP Intelligence Response Team ( IRT) has successfully killed a notorious kidnapper Henry Chibueze alias Vampire.
The said Vampire escapesd from owerri high court on his last appearance in court with the help of his gang who opened fire inside the court premises. Since then, the culprit has been at large until this morning when a special force led team IRT successfully apprended and killed him.
